Which ad platforms are supported?

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Upload a CSV or XLSX export from Meta Ads Manager and Adreport turns it into a client-ready report.

How do I get a CSV export from Meta Ads?

In Meta Ads Manager, go to Analyze & report → Export, set your date range, select your campaigns, and export as CSV. Export at the campaign or ad set level for the best results.

Can I upload more than one file at once?

Yes. You can upload up to 5 Meta CSV files in one go — for example a campaign-level and an ad-set-level export from the same account — and Adreport consolidates them into a single report.

What does the AI actually do?

It reads the column headers and data in your CSV to figure out which numbers are which — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, etc. It also writes a short 3-bullet summary of the results. You can edit that summary before sharing.

Do I need an account to use Adreport?

No account needed. You upload your files, enter your email, and get a report link. The link is shareable directly with your client.

How much does it cost?

€6,95 per report, or €25 for a bundle of 5 reports (€5 each). Pay per report, no subscription. Your first report is free.

How long is the report available?

Report links stay active for 30 days. After that they are automatically deleted.

What happens to my CSV files after upload?

They are deleted within 30 days of report generation. We do not store, sell, or use your client data for any other purpose.

Can I edit the report before sharing it?

Yes. The narrative section is editable directly in the browser. Click it, make your changes, and save. The rest of the report (charts, metrics) is generated from your data and is not editable.

How do I download a PDF?

Open the report in your browser and use the "Download PDF" button or your browser's print function (File → Print → Save as PDF). This works in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

My CSV is not in English. Does that work?

Yes. Adreport uses AI to detect column names regardless of language. Dutch, German, French, and other languages have been tested successfully.

Something went wrong with my upload. What do I do?

Make sure your CSV was exported directly from the ad platform and not modified in Excel first — Excel sometimes changes the format in ways that break parsing. If you're still stuck, email us at hello@getadreport.com.
