These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Adreport, a service operated by Werkslim AI, based in the Netherlands. By uploading files or using any part of this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Adreport processes advertising performance data you upload (in CSV or similar formats) and generates visual reports. These reports are intended to help you communicate campaign performance to your clients.
The service does not provide financial advice, media buying recommendations, or legally binding performance assessments. Reports are informational outputs based on data you provide.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Adreport. By using the service, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf or are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
You are responsible for keeping any login credentials or report links confidential. Do not share report links publicly if the underlying data is sensitive.
You retain full ownership of any files and data you upload. By uploading, you grant Adreport a limited, temporary license to process that data for the sole purpose of generating your report.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload the data you provide. This includes obtaining any necessary permissions from your clients before uploading their advertising data.
Uploaded files are processed and stored temporarily to generate your report. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how long data is retained.
Adreport accepts data exports from third-party advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. We are not affiliated with these platforms. Their data formats and export functionality are subject to change at any time.
When using Adreport, you must comply with the terms of service of any platform from which you export data. We are not responsible for how those platforms handle or restrict data exports.
Adreport charges a fee per report or via a subscription, depending on your plan. All prices are listed on the website and are in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise.
Pay-per-report purchases are non-refundable once a report has been generated, since the service has been delivered at that point. If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will either re-process your upload or issue a full refund.
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Reports are generated based on the data you provide. We cannot guarantee that the output is free of errors if the input data contains inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unsupported formatting.
Always review generated reports before sharing them with clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of reports shared under your name or your business.
We aim to keep Adreport available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
The Adreport platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Werkslim AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Reports you generate using your own data are yours. You may share, edit, and use them however you like.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Werkslim AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of clients, revenue, or data.
Our total liability in any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by showing a notice in the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
